This is a strong foundation that every student will be able to carry into adult hood. Children develope concentration and confidence which help them in school. Teens experience a sense of pride in themselves to stand up for what is right, even when faced with conflicting morals, values, temptations, and peer pressure. * For the young at heart it teaches confidence and strength. No matter the age or disability, you will develope an inner strength of confidence that will show in all aspects of life. Our students range from age 4- 75. Adults find that Tae Kwon Do allows them to advance at their own pace, handle daily stress, and feel years younger. In any class respect and team work is very prominent and expected from the first day.
